All of our Oak Woodturning blanks are supplied in squares, planed on two sides and waxed to avoid splits after the drying process.
*Due to being planed on two faces thicknesses are approximate*
Oak is a very strong, dense hardwood with a close grain. A traditional favourite for woodturning and woodworking. With a very rich brown colour and stunning, desirable figure in the grain, it finishes to an elegant quality with fantastic character.
